What is the cause of it?
Try searching for the good in others
Try Identifying what you like about yourself? How you like to spend your time?
Emotions replicate and resonate
So avoid joining negative conversations THEY just drag you down.
Same is with Happiness so put a SMILE on your face and twinkle in thy eyes.
Don't try to find your happiness by loosing yourself with drugs and boozes.
ATTITUDE does Matter :)
